Replace or repair decking and rafters in kind, as necessary, and install all new flashing, in galvanized metal. 3. Install new natural slate on main house and on slave quarter; (type to be spanish samaca black). Reinstall existing ridge tiles. 4. Install new 6" half-round gutters, collector heads and 4" downspouts for both buildings, in galvanized metal; gutters will be painted white, to match the trim/fascia; collector heads & downspouts will be painted to match the wall. 5. Fabricate and install stainless metal box valley behind front parapet. 6. Remove two skylights added to rear slope of main house roof in the late 1970s; patch rafters, install new decking, and roof over the holes. Note: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorc
